I am so content. Although my fruit and veggie juice detox had to come to an end after multiple pass outs and throw ups at the gym, lately I’ve just been eating vegan, like I used to. Lots of green tea, almond milk, and water. I forgot how much energy it gave me! I’ve ran two 10Ks in the past two days and I can’t wait to wake up and run through the soreness again tomorrow. Half marathon, I’m comin for ya & at a pretty good pace.
